Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FinDomNZ website located at findomnz.com ("Platform"), operated by FinDomNZ ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or registering an account on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use FinDomNZ, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under New Zealand law
• Not be prohibited from using adult platforms under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access most platform features, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

FinDomNZ offers an optional verification process for findommes. Verification confirms identity and NZ residency. Verified status is displayed on profiles and increases visibility in search results. Providing false documents during verification is a breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
• Engage in actual blackmail, non-consensual coercion, or financial fraud
• Solicit, distribute, or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — doing so will result in immediate account termination and referral to the New Zealand Police
• Spam, solicit, or engage in unsolicited commercial messaging
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform for any activity that violates New Zealand law or the laws of your jurisdiction

FinDomNZ is a platform for consensual financial domination dynamics between adults. Any use that involves deception, non-consensual coercion, or exploitation of vulnerable individuals is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement.

5. Content Standards

All content you post, upload, or share on FinDomNZ must comply with the following standards:

• All individuals depicted in images or content must be 18 years of age or older
• Content must not promote illegal activities
• Profile images must be accurate representations of yourself — stock images and AI-generated faces are not permitted on findomme profiles
• Content must not include personal information about third parties without their consent

FinDomNZ reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice or liability.

6. Financial Transactions

FinDomNZ is a directory and community platform. We do not process, hold, or facilitate financial transactions between members directly. Tributes, payments, and financial dynamics between findommes and paypigs are conducted entirely between those parties through third-party payment services.

FinDomNZ is not a party to any financial dynamic between members and accepts no liability for:

• Disputed payments or tributes
• Fraud committed by or against members
• Financial losses arising from use of the Platform
• The conduct of any member or third-party payment service

Members engage in financial dynamics entirely at their own risk. We strongly encourage all users to read our Paypig Guide and exercise appropriate caution.

7. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the FinDomNZ Platform — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to FinDomNZ and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you post on your profile. By posting content, you grant FinDomNZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FinDomNZ does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any information on the Platform is accurate or complete
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, FinDomNZ disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinDomNZ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including financial losses arising from member interactions.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed NZD $100.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@findomnz.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if we determine you have breached these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
